Who we are
MetroWest Custom Pools is an independent referral website, not a pool contractor. We do not perform or supervise work. If a suitable provider is available, request details may be shared with an independent professional who quotes and performs the work. We may receive compensation for referrals or website rental. Confirm licensing, insurance, permits, and any claimed manufacturer credentials directly. A request does not guarantee a match or appointment.
What we collect
The quote form asks for your name, phone, optional email, town, area of interest, project message, and consent. Do not include financial, government-ID, or medical information. When hosted on Netlify, the hosting and form processor may also handle technical information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and submission metadata.
How requests are used
We use details to respond, seek an appropriate referral, prevent spam, and maintain service records. If available, an independent provider may receive the request and contact you about the described project. We may be compensated for a referral or website rental. We do not authorize unrelated marketing through this form or sell requests to unrelated data brokers.
Hosting and communication
The site is prepared for Netlify hosting and form processing. After deployment and configuration, submission notifications may contain the information you send. Independent providers manage their own customer communications and privacy practices. This site does not add advertising trackers or call recording. Fonts and illustrative imagery are locally hosted.
Retention and choices
We retain records as needed for referrals, administration, and legal obligations; there is no promised fixed deletion interval. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing nashobatreepros@gmail.com. Identify the request without sending sensitive documents. Some records may need to be retained where legally required.
Children and updates
This site is not directed to children under 13. This notice will be revised if processing practices change.

The hero, editorial detail, and social-share images are custom generated illustrative imagery supplied and approved for this website. They depict a New England-style architectural concept, not a real local completed project, customer property, or contractor portfolio.
No real address, property owner, construction result, material specification, or code-compliance claim is implied. The editorial image is a crop of the same generated scene. Images are resized, optimized as WebP/JPEG, and self-hosted; the share image adds brand and service text.
The previous stock photographs are no longer used. No Pexels or Unsplash license or photographer attribution is claimed for these generated images. Fonts are also self-hosted. Detailed imagery provenance.
